This retained HR package includes a guaranteed on-site presence each month, and we usually are given a company email address so we maintain the position of HR manager for the business. Employees can then contact us directly, and we can have regular discussions with the management team. The Premium Peace of Mind retained HR package offers a more proactive HR service which means we work as if we were your HR manager.
