Continuous HR Support


Blue Tree HR Solutions can offer you a number of flexible ways of accessing professional and effective HR advice and expertise that is value for money.

  • HR telephone and email support
  • Regular site visits and reviews

We can offer HR support for 1 day per week or 1 day per month or some businesses just need 1 hour per month. We can provide the solution that best suits your business needs.

HR Adhoc support costs £75 per hour.

The HR Small Business Bundle includes:

Start-up policies and procedures, including disciplinary, grievance and absence management.
You can have up to 5 policies and you are able to purchase additional policies if you wish i.e. confidentiality, data protection, family friendly, bullying and harassment.
Contract documents, terms and conditions, offer letters.
New employee documents, new starter forms, induction checklists, reference request templates and more.
Three hours of HR consultancy to use as and when you require throughout the year.

The Small business Bundle includes everything that you need to establish a HR system for your business – and all for the great price of just £547.00 per annum.

Performance Management


Performance management is about creating a culture that encourages the continuous improvement of business processes and of individuals’ skills, behaviour and contributions.

Good communication is key to being a good manager of people. Regular reviews and objective setting are fundamental in the ongoing monitoring and performance improvement of your employees.

Blue Tree HR Solutions provide support and coaching for managers, giving advice on how to engage, develop and motivate your teams and how to deal with difficult situations/conversations should they arise.

Disciplinaries and Grievances


Maybe you have a discipline or grievance issue that you are not sure how to deal with or maybe you don’t have the time or resources to deal with it properly? It is always important to handle discipline and grievance issues promptly and effectively in order to minimise risks of these escalating and to avoid employees bringing successful employment tribunal claims.

Blue Tree HR Solutions can help as much or as little as you need:

  • We can provide advice by telephone or email, setting out the steps that you need to take to handle a discipline or grievance issue.
  • We can provide supporting documentation, e.g. letters to send to an employee and briefing notes for meetings.
  • We can carry out investigations into a disciplinary issue or a grievance that has been raised, provided a written report with recommendations.
  • We can conduct investigation meetings or grievance meetings on your behalf.
  • We can attend meetings to support your managers, taking notes and providing advice.
